Come and join Wingman Club for our opening social event where we will be discussing the exciting launch of this innovative club. We are also lucky to have the amazing Ray Parlour as a guest speaker. The menu also look amazing.

All pilots are to report to the Wingettes for registration, here you will be given a token for the prize draw later that evening.

Come and sample ‘The Wingman’ cocktail at Twelve Cocktail Bar in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
Menu:
‘Talk to me Goose’ canapés:
Carbonara Arancini, clementine & chilli halloumi skewers, brown butter boxty blinis, Thai chicken skewers, garlic honey and thyme pigs in blankets, teriyaki beef sliders, satay aubergine skewers
‘Let's turn and burn’ (sharing steak board all cooked medium rare):
Ribe-eye, Sirloin and Tomahawk steaks with olives, roasted red peppers, grilled garlic and thyme flat mushrooms, heritage tomatoes, French mustard, fig jam, Dauphinois potatoes and a selection of sauces.
‘So you're the one’ (trio of puddings):
Lemon posset with an elderflower and honey shortbread, Hazlenut brownie vanilla cream, Baby meringue pistachio cream and confit strawberries.
